Convenient, nice staff but some updating necessary

Nice, helpful staff. The location was fine, reasonably convenient for the town and about 7/8 minutes to the train station on foot. The hotel was reasonable in general. However my bathroom was dirty and really needed a refit. It was too expensive for a 2 star.

Nice Appart’hotel as a base in La Rochelle’s

We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things for me. The bathroom was a bit tired. But everything worked. The hotel was very pet friendly. It is as a great base for a short break in La Rochelle for the last couple of hot days in October.

L'hotel est très bien placé par rapport à la Rochelle. Environ 1km du port, 1,5km du centre. Pour se degourdir les jambe il y a une promenade à une centaine de m de l'hotel sur le bord du canal

Établissement bien placé avec le centre ville et le port facilement accessible à pied (une quinzaine de minutes). Le personnel est accueillant et très professionnel. Le studio que nous avons eu était très agréable, spacieux et propre. Cela reste tout de même un établissement vieillissant mais le prix est correct. Je recommande.

Situation idéale, proche gare et vieux port

A quelques minutes de la gare et du vieux port, c'est ultra pratique. L'accueil est rapide, pro et souriant. Le mobilier de la chambre mériterait un renouvellement car fait daté mais c'était très propre. J'ai apprécié de pouvoir laisser mes bagages en attendant mon train du soir.

Très bon séjour avec appart city la Rochelle. Bien situé, proche des commodités. Petit déjeuner copieux, bonne literie, et propreté de la chambre très satisfaisante. Mise à disposition d'une multiprise dans la chambre, ainsi qu'un ventilateur et d'un climatiseur mobile. Personnel professionnel et accueillant, bref tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et attentionné. La chambre était bien équipée, avec une terrasse et une cuisine équipé. L’emplacement est à dix minutes de la gare :)

Trés bon accueil, service satisfaisant. Même si nous n'avions pas pris les petits déjeuners, il est possible d'acheter des viennoiseries, pain, café... Locaux Trés propre. Le seul hic cest la climatisation dans les chambres qui sont absente, même si il y'a un ventilateur dans les chambres avec ces fortes chaleurs il se sert à rien
