"Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Well equipped and great for a couple. Comfy bed with clean, crisp linen and mattress pad. Safe and secure top floor apartment in a quiet block (stayed early October). Bike storage in underground area or in the racks of gated courtyard (but this was sometimes left unlocked by other residents in block). Right by the sea wall on west side of harbour. Windows and balcony give great views over Saint Martin. Great communication by host at all times. Couple of ‘cautions’ about apartment - the mezzanine floor is very restricted and you would really struggle if you are tall. Stairs leading to floor have restricted headroom as you reach bedroom. Shower has mediocre water pressure, but always plenty of hot water. No oven, just hob and combi microwave. Rest of kitchen well equipped for crockery, glasses, pans & utensils. Ideal for a short stay and despite the headroom issue would probably stay again if the price stayed the same. "

"Not accurately described as there was no availablity of a garage and no mention of bed linen/towels not provided as a standard feature and had to be obtained additionally to the rental or provided by the renter as we did. It could be useful to mention access to the mezzanine was by steep stairs so access could be difficult for those with mobility problems. The Host was very helpful with information about parking and local amenities. Good security at property and excellent location."

"The apartment is very well situated, near to the harbour and beach. It has three good sized double bedrooms and a great outside space with sun loungers. The kitchen and bathroom are smaller, which was good for my family of 4, but maybe restrictive for larger groups. The garage is wonderful, a fully secure underground parking bay (1.90m height restriction on entrance). The apartment doesn't have wifi, which is a shame as this makes finding out information about the local area harder. Generally though mobile access was ok."

"Easy pickup of keys and instructions . Property in great location and clean ( except for a few clothes tags left in wardrobe drawer ) patio area could be weeded and would make a better impression on arrival. Downstairs is basic and needing updating but a nice modern upstairs bedroom. The agency answered questions quite promptly by email but when asked how you get access to the pool area which had a gate with a lock on it we were told we would need to see some ‘ manager’ …..and they don’t know about the pool. The house is advertised with a communal pool so there should be instructions on access. Ends up you put your hand through to the other side of lock and open it from the inside !! And where we were supposed to find a manager I wouldn’t have a clue as never a soul for 5 days in the entire complex. Be aware no Wi fi either. "
