"The building is beautifully restored and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The website claims the hotel has organic artisanal coffee, and I found a Kurig in the lobby with organic Kirkland pods which was disappointing. Other than that the stay was great."

"We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home so close to Dillon Beach. The house was as described with plenty of room for our multi-generational group. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for cooking. There were plenty of linens in the bedrooms and towels in the bathrooms. Could do with a slight refresh. Stunning view of the ocean. The host notes that children under the age of 3 aren't permitted...and for good reason. Young ones might find themselves in precarious positions. There could also be more seating in the common spaces. There are six flights of stairs to get into the house, so pack lightly."

"Stayed here before - the kitchen and living area so easy and relaxing. Love the deck overlooking the ocean- you can see the people on the beach as well as the people in the water or flying kites. The neighborhood is awesome, each time we go to Dillion Beach we meet more locals and those staying short term. Joy is so responsive and addresses any concerns. We had such a great time celebrating my husband's birthday. The weather was awesome. Having a washer and dryer was nice too- didn't need to pack as much."

"Beautiful location, so calm and quiet! And the hot tub was wonderful. There were a few things that we thought could improve: In the mini fridge, it would be nice to have a small freezer section for popsicles, ice cream, etc. Some of the towels smelled faintly of smoke, but there were plenty of extra towels and sheets in the cabinets.In the bathroom, there was a faint dog smell, and my friend noticed a smell on the right side of the bed. Not very strong, and it disappeared after a day when we had the windows open."
