"Both immersed into the nature and easily connected to any of the surrounding attractions (e.g. the many castles, the beautiful Beauval zoo, etc.), the accomodation has anything an average family with children could desire. Definitely recommended!"

"Our group (2 couples and 1 teenager) enjoyed 3 days near Tours while staying at this spacious apartment. We spent 1 day kayaking and 1 day visiting Tours. You'll need a car to access this property, however, there is a grocery store and bakery for morning breakfast near-by (~10 minutes by car). The friendly host lives adjacent, so check-in was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"Perdu au cœur de la campagne tout au bout d’un petit chemin, pour les citadins le dépaysement est complet. Le gîte est confortable et bien équipé. "

"The cottage, attached to the owner’s farmhouse, but quiet and private, has been recently renovated to the highest standard. Enormous care has been given to every detail, high-quality appliances and bed linen, lovely furnishings and comfy beds. There is a large, heated, perfectly clean pool right out in front and a large garden where the children can play. The house is a short walk to shops including a great bakery and a 20 minute walk to Amboise with all it has to offer. There are lots of day...

"We really enjoyed our stay! The Hosts were extremely courtesy and welcoming! They gave us a nice tour of the place when we arrived. Our younger kids enjoyed the trampoline that was available as well. The only thing we didn't realize was that the linens were an extra charge as the listing said they were provided. "Precious little farmhouse in a village not far from Blois. Marie-Claire and Marie-Claude were both very attentive and gracious hosts. Upkeep of the house could have been a little better but considering it is a 400+ year old house it was quite pleasant. It would be nice if the history of the house was posted somewhere. Would have loved to know how this house was used back in the day. Overall enjoyed our brief stay."
