Very nice and bright, feels brand new: still smells fresh paint, friendly stuff, great breakfast, spacious room, front door and elevator use room card to operate,.. onsite parking was not available at the time of our arrival. However, luckily on street parking was available across the street, at even lower rate, felt like parking was not a problem in this town.

Leider ließ mein Aufenthalt im Hotel viel zu wünschen übrig. Die hohe Bewertung des Hotels liegt daran, dass es neu ist und noch nicht viele Bewertungen hat. Das Frühstücksservice war eine große Enttäuschung. Um 9:00 Uhr waren alle Tische mit schmutzigen Geschirr belegt und kein freier Tisch zu finden. Wir als Gäste des Hotels mussten selbst die Tische abräumen und reinigen. Das Nachfüllen erfolgte sehr langsam, was zu einer frustrierenden und unbefriedigenden Erfahrung führte. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt waren die unvollendeten Bauarbeiten im Hotel, zum Beispiel ist die Garage schmutzig und nicht einmal ausgemalt. Das Erscheinungsbild des Hotels war beeinträchtigt, mit unfertigen Bereichen und sichtbarem Schmutz, besonders ist uns das im Badezimmer aufgefallen, wo noch Flecken von den Bauarbeiten zu finden waren. Zudem war das Licht des Internetgeräts im Zimmer extrem stark und störend, da es direkt auf das Bett leuchtete und den Schlaf beeinträchtigte. Eine einfache Lösung, wie ein Gerät mit geringerer Helligkeit oder eine Abdeckung für dieses Licht, würde einen großen Unterschied machen. Wir haben das Gerät mit einer Kleidung abgedeckt damit wir schlafen konnten. Ich möchte betonen, dass sich die Mitarbeiter sehr bemühen, alle Gäste zu bedienen, aber die Anzahl der Mitarbeiter ist für die Auslastung des Hotels unzureichend, was das Service beeinträchtigt. Wir haben bemerkt, dass das Personal der Rezeption beim Frühstück mitgeholfen hat, damit die Gäste Tische finde
