"Es handelt sich hier um umgebaute ehemalige Stallungen.Das Haus war geräumig und sauber. Ein eigener abgezäunter Bereich befindet sich vor dem Haus.Das Haus selber befindet sich im abgeschiedenen ländlichen Bereich und ist absolut ruhig. An der fantastischen Poolanlage konnte man sich perfekt entspannen. Amboise selber liegt etwa 15 Minuten mit den Auto entfernt. In 10 Minuten erreicht man einen Intermarche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wobei es natürlich (wie fast überall in Frankreich)...

"This is a very classily converted old property with spacious rooms and flexible outdoor areas, beautifully planted. Lovely comfortable beds. The skies are incredibly dark for star-gazing, there is a lovely park in the grounds of the local chateau and although there is no bar in the village there is a good bread shop and a very nice restaurant (La Croix Verte). Amboise is only 5 mins drive away. We were there for the phenomenal Bastille Day fireworks."

The location, ambience, highend finishings and a 20 minute walk from the train station: all was well, even with a construction project down the road toward the Chateau Royal. "Le propriétaire est quelqu'un de très agréable, très accueillant. Nous étions 4 couples d'amis avec 5 enfants (de 1 mois à 5 ans). L'endroit est reposant et magnifique. Le service est de très grande qualité (la maison est magnifique, les pièces sont très grandes, la literie est top), tout est compris (linge, draps, ménage en fin de séjour) ce qui rend le séjour zen. Les enfants ont adoré nourrir les animaux. Les parents ont adoré les soirées sur la terrasse, le terrain de pétanque, la piscine...

"The property was perfect for our short 2-night stay to visit Zoo de Beauval and Chenonceau. The house was clean, well-appointed and comfy with plenty of games for the children. The only things lacking are WiFi and a washing machine but we knew this when we booked. After our days out we relaxed, dined and watched the sunset in the beautiful garden. Communication with Olivier and Emmanuelle was excellent too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again if we return to the area."
