"Everything about this stay was amazing from the friendly 24-7 hotel staff and spacious clean rooms. The hotel is located one block from Broadway Street and in the heart of all the Honky-tonk music venues. I would stay here again."

"Good location, it was easy to travel to Broadway, 12 South and other tourist spots. The place is modern with a nice cafe and restaurants downstairs. I like the common area where you can cook, dine or do laundry. The room is basic but modern and I like the floor to ceiling windows. The only problem is I can hear the other guests from outside which is problematic especially in the middle of the night. They're not noisy but I think the walls or floor is too thin that you can basically hear anything...

"The space was cute and had everything that we needed for our time at CMA Fest. It was walkable to Broadway And in a safe area. The downfall were that there is no parking here and not even a drop off area in the parking lot also, there is massive amount of construction going on around this property that is in the very beginning stages so I can imagine it will be happening for a long time. These were inconveniences, but the biggest problem is the retrofit air conditioners in the space do not...

"Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying."

"Great location if you are looking at downtown. Noisy until bar closure but nothing that will prevent you to sleep. Beautifully decorated. Has 1.5 bathroom, wich is super convenient. Cleanliness was not to my standard."
