"I come here when my daughter has appointments at the childrens hospital. We live 3 hours away, and it is comfy and furnished. Will be back soon!! The only downfall is the $30 per night parking. It would be nice if you could pay $ 30 per visit, weather that be 1 night or 5 consecutive nights"

"I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites."

"The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. The covered, secure parking was also a plus. There were some unfortunate elements of our stay: The apartment smells like spoiled milk or something rancid. "We (two adult couples) recently had the pleasure of a 3-night stay and it was a fantastic experience. The communication from the host was fantastic with clear instructions from check-in to checkout. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The Gulch has plenty of restaurants and music (recommend The Station Inn) and is a short walk 15-20 walk to the chaos on Broadway. Overall, I would highly recommend this property."

"This loft is clean, cute, and convenient to downtown. The Uber ride was only like $7 to downtown around 6 pm and $12 home after midnight. Parking is free so staying here saved us quite a bit compared to hotels and other rentals in the area. The host was very helpful and communicated with us frequently! We will stay here again!"

"My wife and I stayed here for a night but wish we knew about it sooner. Unit is set up long but it works well. Very clean and modern setup. Our favorite part was the coffee shop across the street.
