"I was cold, the bed didn't have a blanket to cover my body with also the room didn't have a fridge neither microwave "

"Parking was kinda limited I think I had got the last open spot. The 'breakfast' they serve was unavailable and on top of that they really only serve it when they want to. The 'indoor' pool You actually have to walk outside in the parking lot to get back to your room so don't go if it's cold. Some of the places in the area can get rude so beware of that if you plan on getting food nearby as well"

"This has to be the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I asked for a non smoking room. That didnt happen. And there were no available rooms to switch to. There was cigarettes ash covering everything, bed sheets, toilet paper, everything. The floors were sticky. If you walked barefoot on the carpet, your feet will turn black from the filth. The whole place smelled like piss and cigarettes. There were earing left on the bed from the previous guest which means they didn't change the blood stained sheets or pillow cases. This is literally the worst place on earth. Graffiti on the walls, holes in the drywall and carpet. Just stay away."

"I hate leaving bad reviews. However, this location had several things that I considered to be a problem. They make a paper copy of your license at check in. The room was dirty with residue in the toilet and a big sticky spot on the floor. You cannot exchange towels or linen with house keeping. You have to bring the dirty items to exchange at the front desk. They removed my do not disturb sign and entered me room. I departed halfway through my stay after the unauthorized entry into my room. "

"The pictures on the website looks like a normal hotel but it’s a hook up. Hotel was filthy. The entire room smells of cleaning chemicals. It was awful."

"Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!"

"The staff at this hotel was rude and inappropriate. We booked the hotel because the plain was delayed and we would have been unable to pick up the car rental. I had the hotel booked while I was on the airplane getting ready to take off 5- 10 minutes the plane turned around and canceled the flight. I called the hotel immediately and let them know I needed to cancel the reservation because the flight got canceled. The lady was extremely rude and said to deal with it with hotels.com and hung up on me. I did just that and hotels.com said they would needed the hotel to sign this wavier. They would not pick up the phone for hotels.com. They then started to again bumbled me with messages saying I can’t cancel within 24 hours at this point it had only been 15 minutes since I made the reservation. Then about 5 days later with no response from hotels.com or this hotel. I called and spoke to the manager about the situation and he was rude kept cutting me off and getting loud with me. I have not ever felt so disrespected from a hotel. We were on our way to my husband mother’s funeral. I offered to show them all the flight cancellations and whatever they needed to help me but no. They rather be rude and have no empathy, and greedy. I will never book with this hotel again and I hope their business runs into the ground, they will get what they deserve karma is a *****. "
