"I stayed for a week in Occidental Papagayo, overall everything was smooth. The food was ok nothing really special, the stuff good and helpful, the resort is beautiful for views 😍 in the golf of Papagayo with animals going around all the time like iguanas, birds,monkeys and others. The beach is public so others people outside the resort are there plus the sellers but they are nice. The beach itself is good not amazing but pretty calm for swimming and warm water as well, and beautiful view on the golf with spectacular sunsets. There are no umbrella on the beach but some trees for shade area nice.To move around the resort you can either walk( it can get tiring) or ride on the small cars. The weather was incredible nice warm, humid sometimes sunny and no rain. The rooms needed renovation and resort in general too. But personally i like it, can't complain. They have 2 pools 3 restaurant a disco for the night and some live music by the evening in the lobby area to relax. I traveled in mid September."

"There’s a reason this Papagayo VRBO has so many positive reviews...It really is exactly as described. Our family had a PERFECTO time here, and it was one of those places that immediately felt PURE VIDA. The cleaning service was outstanding. Everything was excellent, and we left wishing we could stay a few more days. We would absolutely come back!!"
Villa Mila Penthouse -concierge+ Peninsula Papagayo!

"We spent last week at Villa Mila or Terrazas #11. If you have a larger family (read: 3 kids) or are two smaller families who want to share a place, this is a great option.The property has a great, modern feel to it that is comparable to any of the upscale resorts that you could stay at on the peninsula. I had originally planned to stay at the Four Seasons, but did not want to spring for two adjoining rooms or a villa. We bought a day pass for the Four Seasons while we were there, and I could not be more happy that I decided to stay at Villa Mila instead. The house is fairly centrally located. Andaz is about a 12-minute drive, but Papagayo Park, Nacascolo Beach, Prieta Beach Club, Nekajui (the Ritz), and the Four Seasons are all basically 5-7min away or less via golf cart. I do HIGHLY recommend renting a golf cart from the owners. This was a great advantage over staying at a resort; we had a lot of mobility and independence due to having our own golf cart. I also HIGHLY recommend going to Prieta Beach Club. I think combining the Prieta Beach Club with Villa Milla basically gives you a higher-end experience than you would get at one of the resorts. Beautiful beach, pools, and restaurants with great food at the club, but you can still go back to your spacious home with a view of the bay. The complex has two pools (we only used one) and has a stunning view. The concierge service was also great and was readily available during business hours to answer questions"

"Wonderful! We hope to return. We had the best trip! This was our second time in Papagayo and I am already trying to figure out when we can return. The property was clean and nice and the location was perfect. We were able to rent a golf court and have tons of excellent options for dining and activities within minutes of the golf cart ride. "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at Casa Verde! The condo is beautiful, well-appointed and very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are newly remodeled with modern decor and features. Every space was beautiful and comfortable. The service was excellent! We had groceries delivered which were in the unit before we arrived along with a gift basket of treats for the week. We will definitely stay here again! Pura Vida!"
