"Older lady at the reception desk wasn’t the nicest on the several occasions. Plus they charged us 10€ for towels spa because of luck of some receipt when turning back. I treat is a scam and it left a really bad taste. Barmans were a strong make up for that bad taste tho. Overall food wasn’t bad and was a nice variety of it but sometimes it was tasteless like in the hospital. spa was only open from 10 am till 6pm which makes no sense. It should be open till 10 pm at least as it had warm pool...
