Grand Sunset Princess - All Inclusive

"If I had to pick one word to describe our stay at Grand Sunset Princess, that word would be: Fantastic. From the moment we checked in, until our check-out 6 days later, everything on this trip was fantastic. Our room in the family club was great, the bunk beds and the pullout bed was perfect for our three boys. The room was also recently renovated and in great condition. The family club has it's own bar, food truck and water park suitable for younger kids. The family club pool also becomes a welcomed respite each afternoon after 3pm as there is more shade there than the other pools. The staff were great, every single person we encountered was friendly, and accomodating - seriously every single person was great. The restaurants were great - and the buffets were great too. The water park and the pools were great! My spent hours upon hours enjoying ourselves there. Enrique was the best bartender and Ezequiel was my favorite server at La Hacienda. Do yourself a favor, and book the trip here. FANTASTIC!"

"We had an amazing time here. The staff are friendly and engaging. Ricardo at the front desk was so kind and accommodating to our various requests. David and Carlos on the entertainment staff were hilarious and a lot of fun. Miguel behind the lobby bar in the evenings was great, as was all of the restaurant staff, and the pool staff (Jesus, Orlando, Ociel). The spa was also lovely! We can’t wait to come back."

"We had a few small items at the beginning of the check in But we were moved to a different room -- the hotel is very nice, large pools, friendly staff daily specialty drinks was awesome Overall a great experience -- we will for sure be visiting other Riu hotels"

"Excelente estadía para luna de miel, sobrepasó mis expectativas este lugar. El servicio y atención del personal impecable y atentos todo el tiempo, la comida del hotel es 10/10. Espacios tranquilos para compartir en pareja. Realmente volvería a este lugar, y lo recomiendo a quien quiera tener un espacio íntimo, tranquilo para descansar con su pareja."

"The room was very clean every day. Around 10 am my room always was ready , smelling so good and also the crew made some cute towel origami and leave them on the bed. The staff so kind. I was in the buffet, pool, restaurants, gym and everyone’s was very kind. I want to mention Cristina Arias who attend me and my family in the pool. And also, the person who take care of my room 2443. Thanks so much it was a great experience"
