"From arrival and the two days that followed where excellent .. Booking for excursions was excellent. Communication using the app was easy and fast service with housekeeping and refilling the fridge. Second time service at Santa Fe restaurant was disappointing, slow service and cold food. Service at most restaurants didn’t really accommodate for a big group of seven people . "We were a little nervous booking a hotel for 2 weeks without seeing it...but it turned out great. We stayed in a room with a patio door that opened into a courtyard surrounded by 7 other rooms. "I really enjoyed my stay at Playa Palms. Check in took minutes, rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location is amazing. We walked to Walmart and bought a few essentials. It was a quick and easy walk, maybe 10 minutes. 5 Ave is a very quick walk but the hotel is very quiet and we were there over a weekend. There are boats tied up close to the beach, but you can still get in the water. The city works of Playa work very hard to keep the beach clean...
