"Stayed for 2 nights in June 2025. Great rental property. Hosts were very responive. Everything was as advertized and more. Nice to have use of a garage. Driveway was large enough to park two trucks and boats. Really good boat launch was only 5 mins away. Beaver lake is a beautiful lake. Fishing was good. Would highly recommend this property. Will probably stay there again. "

"The place was fine. Really no complaints except for the work crew that had parties outside every night. Booze, weed, barbecue, music, yelling...it was a real shindig 😆 but I was there for work and the money I saved wasn't worth the lack of sleep when I wanted to go to sleep at 9pm and not 11:30 pm"

"It’s maybe a small thing to some but it was a big thing for us; there were no straws. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. There is a lot of light in the rooms due to the tvs having some sort of backlighting that is on even when the tv is turned off. I’d stay here again, but would make a plan to deal with the light and bring our own straws. The room had appliances though we only used the fridge. It didn’t freeze our food so was better than the average hotel fridge. Overall happy with our stay aside from the bright room that woke me up in the night and lack of straws. "
