"I’m handicap an asked for handicap things (shower chair nope they have but was booked out a couldn’t change my room an had no idea which rooms has n which don’t. So unfair"

"The shower did not work properly. During our stay they had a carpet cleaning company come in and clean the carpet. That should have been done prior to our arrival or after we checked out. We did not like our stay here and we will not be returning. "

"For us, this property sure beat booking 2 separate hotel rooms for our family. The property had plenty of charm and it was nice to see Western Avenue revitalized with restaurants nearby. Wish we had more time in the city!"
