"It would be nice if you could contact the valet to have your car ready when you got downstairs"

"Overall, we had a very good stay! The property was nice, and the room was clean, although a little outdated. The toilet handle was a little unusual and difficult to flush. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is also conveniently located near many attractions and things to do. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent check-in staff. Nice room, bedding, pillows, towels, etc. Continental breakfast. Parking for 2 weeks at $10/night. All the parking is on the opposite side from the main entrance Parking is well lit. The main entrance was pretty dark at night."

Then, to make matters worse, we discovered ROACHES in the room! We didn't just complain about it; we actually recorded the roaches on video and...

"The property was clean and updated in a great location. The price was great compared to other properties in the area and included free parking and breakfast. The front desk staff was so friendly! We had one small issue with housekeeping and the manager more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again"
