"Great stay minimal lighting in room"

"Worst hotel experience ever. The wifi doesnt work properly. There's no signal so you cant use your data. The staff dont clean your rooms. There elevator is broken. There is no AC. The hotel serves no food. Sometimes there is no parking. The room is dirty. I saw spiders hiding in the room. Worst experience ever. I will not be coming here again and I do not reccomend it to anybody. Its not worth the price."

"I was unfortunately in an incredibly warm room (in part due to weather, but also the orientation which meant it got the full evening sun and no breeze) - this was room 104. The room was a decent size and reasonably clean, but given the weather, which is it being made up with a duvet and no sheet underneath (between that and the bed). The bathroom had cracked floor tiles which were very uneven with sharp edges and there was toothpaste marks splashed all over the wall by the sink, which means the cleaning wasn't that thorough. Also the open ended shower ends up absolutely soaking the floor, so you have to mop it up with the bath mat. I should have stayed in a premier inn."

"I just wanted to let you know that I mislaid my hearing aids at the hotel recently, I reported this but sadly they could not be found, therefore I was so pleased and surprised when a week later Stephanie (Housekeeping Supervisor) rang me to not only let me know they had been found and handed in but also helped me arrange their safe return via Royal Mail, outstanding customer service above and beyond the call of duty!! Thank You Stephanie."

"Breakfast staff deserve a medal coping with the understaffing. The orange juice is just squash. Nice poached egg available if you ask though. Good sausage and mushrooms. too. The waiting staff are lovely unlike the cold, unfriendly receptionists who should work at a GP’s! The grounds were picturesque and the pool okay if a bit too warm in the heatwave. Room 17 is tiny but it was clean. The noise from the boiler outside was unpleasant as was the non-existent view. Hit and miss but good value if you join Radisson and get free use of the pool. Avoid Room 17 though it is a bit of a walk and noisy."
