"This was a girls trip. We fit three adults in the treehouse. The couch flattens into a decent bed. There was a concert across the road at the golf course, and we were able to just cross the road and get to the venue super easy. John is phenomenal, so helpful with great recommendations. The bed was comfortable, the porch was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Loved this place, We try to visit again soon."

Easy access to the downtown area, although the description does say the beach is a walkable distance, It’s quite a steep hill if you have small children. I would stay here again."

"We had a nice stay! The house was comfortable for all 8 of us, and the location was great—an easy walk down to town. The hosts were very nice and accommodating, allowing us to check in early.A few things could be improved: the pullout couch wasn’t working, so we had to use an air mattress, which wasn’t very comfortable, and bedding was difficult to find. The freezer door also wouldn’t stay shut, so we had to place something in front of it. More detailed directions for finding the house and information about parking would also be helpful, as it was a little difficult to locate. With all of us having trucks, parking in the space was a bit challenging.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality!"

I’m not giving 5 stars as the outdoor living area needs attention; worn out deck furniture cushions, dead plants, hot tub lacked proper steps, was dirty with crack cover. Not what you expect for the price. Property management was responsive and did what they could. Nonetheless we had a great stay."

Definitely meant for a big group (10), and provides for everything one can need or want.Jasi is an excellent host - super responsive, detailed and kind. She made our stay even better than we could have imagined.Definitely recommend this property 1000% if you are looking to stay in SLO, and we will be coming back soon the next time our family plans a get together."
