It’s a great nestled in hotel that’s conveniently located & reasonably priced. There are amenities, but you have to pay extra for. The hotel needs some upgrades. Staff was nice & friendly. Great food at the Market Place- fresh!

All staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was big and clean. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Nicely located between SLO and Avila Beach. Wonderful walking/biking path that went for many miles ,mostly along the river so was very pretty. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of a microwave in the room but that is minor. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly we stayed in an older room that had a jacuzzi tub shower combo with a shower door it was a little hard to get into the shower for a 5’5” person. They had coffee in the lobby. Looks like pre Covid they probably did wine reception and or light snacks but now they rely on the deli up the road and you can tell the deli where you are staying and they give you 10% off. Overall the room was good and satisfied our needs.

Beautiful grounds. Quiet place to stay. Comfortable beds and very clean. We loved it. No pool or hot tub on the hotel site so you have to pay to use the facility at the Athletic Club next door. I was told they used to give free passes to the guests. They should do that again.
