"My preferred place to stay in Castelfranco "

"What an amazing experience! Incredible property! The feeling of a King for the day! It’s perfect. The setting is also gorgeous. The pool is a resort in itself. Unfortunately, they rent the pool to the public for day use and it shows. Instead of luxurious and beautiful, it feels a little bit like Las Vegas- very crowded, younger, tattooed crowd. This we didn’t like. The Hotel also does a lot of facility rentals for private parties- but it’s big enough not to be a problem. The Staff was generally very helpful but many are stoic and have limited personality (with the exception of 1 or 2 individuals). There are limited dinner options, so we went out. But, the Town is extremely limited with nice options. Overall, excellent experience though- especially for the price. "

"My husband, 2 young adult children and I stayed 3 nights in May 2025 in order to visit Venice! There is a lot of space is this location to hang out as a family. We even played Boggle. It is a short train ride trip into Venice where we visited Murano and Burano as well. This location in nice because it feels like a small town where you can escape the tourist trap that is Venice. Great grocery store! Umberto was very attentive and met us there for check in. "

"The property was beautiful and safe. Very quiet and the train is not far. Managers assisted me and my family have a wonderful stay and walked me through a day trip to Venezia"

"Staff was excellent and very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. Quiet sleeping environment. Parking was easy, in a nice adjacent garage. The only problem was the heating. The room was quite hot (25 degrees C) by its own electronic thermometer. I tried shutting it off in my room and asking the front desk, but to no effect."

"Jacopo Marcello and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Jacopo and family were so kind and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our stay was personalized (a few examples: he decorated with balloons for our daughter's birthday, he provided us with vegetables from the garden, and purchased a toaster when we mentioned we liked toast at breakfast). We enjoyed touring the property and were astounded by the history. Jacopo's knowledge of the area was exceptional and he made going on excursions easy with a booklet of suggestions and directions. We enjoyed the camaraderie and conversation as well! Thank you for a wonderful, memorable stay and we will definitely recommend to friends who tour Northern Italy! "
