"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing.
The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
"One of the best - if not the best - hotels we've ever stayed at. It was absolutely flawless on our second visit as well.
Two minor remarks: changing towels a little less often would certainly be more environmentally friendly, and the breakfast service could use a little fine-tuning, i.e. waiting times for coffee and tea. The quality of the breakfast, yet, makes up for that.
