"My partner and I absolutely love this little house and property in the woods! There are no close neighbors, which is a plus. It is bumped right up against Talladega national forest, and there is a creek on the property. We hiked through the forest and the woods surrounding the property, enjoyed the rain on the screened porch, and listened to deer walking through the woods. If you are looking for a place that is quiet, secluded, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, then this is the place to stay. The host was wonderful and was in communication with us early on and as needed. The cabin is pet friendly, and our baby loved having access to the water. You’re also not far from a Dollar General and a Walmart.You should know that the property is very close to a railroad crossing, and trains will blast their horns and pass through at all hours of the day and night. However, this did not bother my partner and I in the slightest as we so rarely get to hear this. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. We will definitely come here again."

"Overall a very good experience, the swimming pool was kept clean, we got to enjoy a campfire, kitchen and Bathrooms were well stocked. The linens were all polyester, towels and sheets, they were soft but very warm sleeping in.Very cozy nice get away from life"

"Beds are comfy!! The kitchen was fully equipped! View is breathtaking. The porch swing is a favorite! Sitting on the porch for morning tea and reading, watching boats go by…. Would definitely recommend renting here."

"The view was wonderful. We did get to see one beautiful sunset but even though it rained some that view was nice also. Stacy was very attentive checking in on us each day to see how things were going with us. Would definitely stay here again."
