"Outdoor area is great! Perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or tea. Standard room is small but comfortable. Did have problems with the sink; the hot water got very hot and the handle wouldn't turn off the water. The cold side was not installed properly so it was difficult to turn. The fixtures were higher end trim kits but whoever installed it messed up. We stayed only 1 night but we let the staff know about the sink so hopefully they fix it."

"Room cleanliness was good, check-in was difficult even though room was ready. Wanted to charge extra as we arrived about 1:30 yet cue in is noon to three. Staff finally relented to let us occupy. Stair locations are not clearly marked with no elevators. Breakfast is minimal packaged bakery products and cereal, although we had other breakfast plans. "
