"Great stay with the family and baby! The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Location was walking distance to many of the sights Big Ben, Buckingham, London Eye. Near playground for the kids. King room has pull out couch and enough space for the pack n play. Room has door to couch area for privacy. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is good with several options and omelet station. Starbucks is in the lobby. "

"Parsa was FANTASTIC! He was extremely helpful with explaining directions, where to dine, how to get from one place to another, & attractions what to be aware of and more 😊. He was very professional, courteous & took time talking to us. A great asset to the hotel. The hotel is very close to Gail’s Bakery plus others for breakfast & a yummy Italian restaurant 3 doors down for lunch or dinner. A Tesco is 5 minutes away where u can purchase grocery items & prices are fair. Super location😃"
