"No hot tub"

"We didn't even stay at the hotel it was so bad. I'm requesting a refund as well. Suspicious activity in the parking lot, hotel sign wasn't lit which should have been our first clue. Didn't even have any toilet paper in our bathroom. We checked in and checked out within 15 minutes."

"We had no hot water. Staff knew about it and wouldn't refund us. Swimming pool closed should have mentioned that on website"
