"The housekeeper Ana was the exceptional part of my stay. She went above and beyond as a housekeeper. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in 100’s of hotels and resorts. I’ve never had such great service out of one single person. If she isn’t the boss, she should be. In real life outside of vacation I run a crew of 100’s of people. Give that woman an crew and have her train them on EXACTLY what to do! She’s the one! I recognize leaders in their field when I see them. She’s the leader! "We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at the resort. The staff were so kind and really caring to the kids. The food was top notch and comforting. Every day had a different theme. The drinks were great too. The property is set facing the beach and the views during sunset are really beautiful. The beach was sufficiently clean and looked like there were lots of activities you could purchase separately. One of the pools were being cleaned when we were staying. But the other three were great and also relaxing. The best part of this resort was that it was not over crowded. So you felt that you're being taken care of. Over all our family thoroughly enjoyed here. Would absolutely come back in a heartbeat."
