- Cozy Courtyard view!-Hypoallergenic Unit-No Pets & Smoke-free
Light open floor plan, fully furnished and newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath main floor condominium. Wood laminate throughout the remainder of the unit. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, main room is 65in, bedroom are 55in. Fast Wifi. Each room has its own HEPA filter and the entire house is filtered with an MPR1500 allergen filter. Wood floors swept daily by a Roomba robo-vacuum! Chilled & heated bottled water dispenser. In-unit Washer & Dryer, and standard household cleaning devices.
While the home is safely located on the ground level, 6 short stair steps are needed/used to access the unit. Beautifully landscaped grounds. The unit is just a few shorts steps away from the temperature-controlled community swimming pool, hot-tub & grilling area. Includes covered parking space, plus guest parking.
