Very quiet and clean area. Breakfast and dinner restaurant next door. Rooms were nice and clean and had stove, full fridge, and sink. I would stay here again.

I stay in hotels on average 25-50 nights a year. This property is outstanding!! The people who work here are so kind and helpful. The entire process was enjoyable. It is just about the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The amenities like the pool, the snack shop, and the gym options are fantastic! My room was heavenly. Comfortable bed with an amazing view. I will be coming back!!!

I only read negative reviews when I'm researching a place to stay, especially complaints about cleanliness. The 233 didn't have bad reviews and mine isn't either. The entire setup was well thought out and we enjoyed a pleasant evening at the Crust after a long day's drive and four hours of business. The food and service were above par. After a good night's sleep, we were ready for another long day of driving, I highly recommend and will stay again at The 233.

Absolutely beautiful location. The building is clean and well maintained. It is designed more for long business stays, but I had no problem booking it for just one night. The room was fully loaded with a full kitchen, including dishes and cookware. Laundry room just down the hall. Everything I needed in one place. I was there for a concert at the Nile theater. That was in easy walking distance. The area felt very safe, even when walking back to the hotel at 10pm. Parking is free in a covered garage just south of the building. There are spaces reserved for the hotel guests, but it is used by others as well. There appears to be a courthouse on the other side. It is not attached to the hotel, so be aware there is a short walk, if you have large bags with you.

The property is brand new and the beds were awesome. A full kitchen in every room. We were a little disappointed in the seating in the room. The ac was programmed to go to preset temperatures at certain times which was annoying but you can override. I’m sure they’ll work that detail out. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Plenty of food options close by and covered parking. We will return.

This is a new hotel. It’s clean, comfortable. The first floor has a lot of restaurants, but they aren’t open yet. It will probably be better when they do. The parking garage is a bit of a walk behind the hotel. The pool is small, about the size of a home pool. The strangest thing is the room contains a full kitchen with full size stove. But there is no table for two people to sit and eat, just one counter chair.
