The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel room was clean. It’s an excellent choice for the price we paid. The only takeaway is not having free breakfast, but it’s not the worst thing in the world.

Breakfast was good. Towels were poor quality. No shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo. No toilet paper holder. Ice machines weren’t working.

Sonesta Select Scottsdale at Mayo Clinic Campus
The toilet paper roll was empty upon check in. I had to change it myself, other than that no complaints. This is my go to hotel when I’m visiting Scottsdale Mayo Clinic.

Sonesta Simply Suites Phoenix Scottsdale
I had to change rooms because ours smelled of cigarettes. The rooms are visibly clean, but things have old dirt on them and are sticky. The toilet ran water all night which kept us awake. The shower in the morning was lukewarm at best. I won’t stay there ever again.
