"We loved that the room was clean and quiet. Our first try 304, the TV didn’t work. We moved to 306. The faucets are super wonky. You either get a blast of pressure or a dribble. There’s no in between. And the bathroom faucet is loose. Needs attention. Last night there was garbage in the elevator and it was still there this morning. Thank you for the nice strong coffee in the room."

"Great hotel. The only issue we had is each day the hotel would add random charges to our credit card. Watch your credit card statement. The hotel said they were using a new credit card system."

"The floor looked like someone had spilled something and it had not been cleaned. The smoke alarm went off all night. The mirror had a layer of dust. I only stayed one night and I was scheduled for 3. I got up early and went to the hospital and did not get back til one. They only wanted to refund for 1 day. They offered me another room that was supposed to be smoke free, but the smoke alarm was still going off. No coffee or breakfast."

"One star removed as the neighborhood was not as expected and one of the bedroom doors next to the bathroom did not close which effected us having to be very quiet once they went to bed. Otherwise the house was very clean, stocked well, spacious, plenty of outlets, centrally located to everything, host was helpful, and beds were comfortable."

"Everything was easy & so quiet, slept so well! 5 minutes from where we were attending a conference & 5 minutes from the fun restaurants & bars, would come back!"
