Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square
I had a bad experience during my five night stay. In my room, I found a fly animal in my coffee machine, leaking water through my shower door ( I fall after my shower), uncomfortable old mattress, and broken drawer along the other issue. Extremely disappointed for a luxury hotel!
