"After reading some negative reviews I was a little worried but Banyan Tree is truly a 5* resort with high level of services. Staff was very friendly, attentive and prompt. Food was very delicious, we tried Safron and Hojo restaurant and the service and food was beyond pur expectations. Breakfast was very delicious too. Room was clean, spacious and well maintained, pool with clean water was checked by pool service daily. The surrounding nature, trees, palms and gardens are very well maintained and you can cycling around inside the resort endlessly. We travel a lot and simply knew that Banyan resorts are always a guarantee of quality so was Banyan Tree Phuket too. We will definitely come back next year. "

"Kamala beach hotel is on the beach and Kamala has enough restaurants and shops to make it not too busy, easy to walk to town. The hotel has no children and this is a bonus if you want to relax, the staff are friendly and polite. Great facilities gym, fitness classes massages are great. I wouldn't have a problem recommending this hotel to anyone and so glad we stayed here for our first time in Thailand."

"Experience was fantastic The staff was very attentive and always eager to make our stay one we will remember Our room was very luxurious and the private outdoor space was great All the grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean and enjoyable The carts to get from the bottom of the resort to the top were very much appreciated I enjoy a challenge hike but The carts are a calf saver We will be back again and add a few more days next time The club happy hour was fantastic Thanks for the memories Hyatt Regency Phuket !!!!!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman Naithon Beach. It is in a beautiful setting and overall you feel you are in accommodation of top quality. The staff are friendly and always eager to make your stay a great one. Unfortunately the main restaurant used for breakfast was under renovation so breakfast was in the banquet room instead. I don’t remember reading this when I booked. I believe if a Main facility of a resort is closed you should be informed. The main pool is in need of renovation with hundreds if not thousands of tiles lifting. Doesn’t look good and possibly an injury risk. These two latter points aside it is a great resort and we would return again for a longer stay. "
