"It’s a very nice boutique hotel, near center of ubud , but you need r transport as the hotel has limited shuttle, service and staff were excellent , but being small ,, there are shortfalls , bress as kfast is lacking in quantity and choice , no tv , no slippers , bathrobes , etc "

"We had the most wonderful stay in Ubud at lovely Noka House. The villa itself is breathtaking along with its position near paddy fields. Lots of wildlife, birds and insects to keep us company. Nyoman, Ketut and Wayan are so gracious and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highlights for us are the Balinese people, they are so lovely, and my trip to the Yoga barn on the back of Wayan's scooter was hilarious if not a little bit terrifying. "A little hard to find but really nice. We enjoyed the stay. So easy to communicate with the manager. It was easy to get grab food to this villa. We were pretty close to a lot off good stuff. It was really nice. Bathroom stinks a little at first but after letting water run it was fine. No on suit bathrooms but that wasn't a big deal. Wifi was decent for basic stuff. Highly recommend. Great place to chill. Not near the ocean but wasn't a big deal. "

"The property is run down, stains on couches, table is taped together, water leaks in the walls and on furniture. Was most likely a beautiful home At one time but it has been abondonded and not upkept. "
