"We had a great time. Staff was amazing. They all loved our frenchie and made us feel so welcome! Parking is my only complaint. They need more of it but it wouldn’t stop me from coming again!!"
"Conveniently located hotel for us in Petoskey while we visited family in the area. Was near shopping, restaurants and even a casino if you’re into that kind of thing. Only complaints we had were the fairly tight/limited parking and that the room walls didn’t seem to insulate sound very well."
"The staff were very professional and friendly. The lodge and room were clean not crisp. The A/C was loud. The rooms were old and outdated. The property was beautiful and well maintained."
"The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)"
"For the age of hotel, it was clean. A/C is very old style and makes it very hard to control room comfort. Morning breakfast on 1 to 10 scale would be a (6) Just would be so much nicer if total update or a new hotel nr Casio like many other locations. "
