"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Info pack to include things like wifi details explanation of TV. Only one toilet roll for 2 wc's. Only 1 loo brush for 2 wc's. Just minor details which if attended to would make it perfect."
