"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "We had a great holiday, started with Andrew showing us to the log cabin to give us a quick run down of the lodge and supporting documentation, which we found really useful. Andrew then left stating if we needed any help with anything do not hesitate to call. The lodge was the cleanest and best equipped that we have ever stayed in, everything has been thought of. "Prima locatie dichtbij Exeter, Torquay en Dartmoor. De huisjes zelf zijn dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe. Onze keuken was vervallen, de apparatuur werkte wel, maar was zo oud dat we niet meer konden zien welke knoppen we moesten indrukken om eea te gebruiken. De douche en bedden waren goed, maar de rest vh meubilair was verouderd en aan vervanging toe. We konden niet op de bank zitten omdat deze doorgezakt was. De vloerbedekking zat vol met vieze vlekken."

"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "
