"Staff very friendly and helpful"

"View of the corner rims are amazing but the staff do not greet you. They don’t have simple manners. Welcome to the M social none of that and upon checking out she said “you’re good to go”. Nothing out of this world but for the price and appeal you think there would be more serviceability. Elevators were constantly down which makes you wonder if the staff does this on purpose to make dealing with people less frequent, not that many people were bugging them to begin with. 6/10 not bad but not great the room view did the heavy lifting also cleaning staff was in point."

"Nice hotel, convenient to transportation - good spot if you are doing a lot downtown and/or in Brooklyn. Don't stay here if you want a mini-fridge!"

"Hotel is clean and tidy, some rooms are looking a little tired, but all are clean and comfortable amd great value for money. The hotel shuttle bus to the airport and train station is excellent service. Happily recommend this hotel. "
