Eckington Bridge, the Avon completely still, almost no breeze, nesting Curlews calling from the hay meadow on the other bank, the sun rising through the mist, grass soaked in dew. Just me and another photographer. It's what we get out of bed at unearthly hours for.

"Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily. Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. "This is a great hotel, well placed to access shops and eateries. Staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are well decorated and have efficient Aircon. The breakfast offers a good selection of cooked and continental offerings."
