"We were upgraded to the refurbished rooms for our stay. The hotel receptionist on duty that day was extremely friendly and so helpful. This lady was the face of the hotel and beause of her friendly manner made our stay fabulous. The restaurant and bar staff were also friendly "

"Went to stay here for a night with my husband and loved it. I loved the bath in my room as the water pressure was good and I could watch the tv while I was in the bath. The grounds were amazing and I can imagine how it would look in the summer months. The buildings themselves were very well maintained and absolutely stunning. We had breakfast with our stay too which was spot on too. Would definitely come back again. x"

"Great stay as always! We have stayed here many times over the last 9 years and we keep coming back. It’s a lovely hotel, nicely furnished rooms, always spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast too. It’s so close to Stratford that you can just park the car up and literally cross the road and you’re at the river, theatre, shops, pubs, restaurants and museums. We would highly recommend a stay at the Swans Nest Hotel 😊"
