She rudely stated that it's a third party and I have to contact them. We traveled from Illinois to stay at the hotel and it sucked how her attitude was unsympathetic and we could not get a refund there either... again Ms unsympathetic referred me to the booking site horrible and it stank in there"

"As you enter the building there was a stronf cigarette smell. Booked multiple rooms and rooms were infested with roaches. Ended up going somewhere else. Try to place a refund request through expedia and the expedia team members were not able to get in contact with staff to obtain refund after a a week."
