"Beautiful building and grounds. Wonderful staff!"

"The whole staff went above and beyond, I can't say enough good things about them"

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights toward the end of our trip to Scotland. The hotel is housed in an older building, but the bathrooms have been nicely updated. Overall, we found our room comfortable, although with the colder weather, it was somewhat difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. One important consideration is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs, depending on your room's location. "I left two shirts behind and was able to have them delivered to my home address with the very much appreciated help of a number of staff members. I was very happy to have the shirts returned and it was all down to the staff who helped. I’m forever grateful"

"Close to tram station!"

"Nothing to,add"

"Great spot to keep close to the airport and not too far from the City."

"It was ok for a 1 night stay. We didn't use any of the facilities. Not as close to the city centre as I had in my head but that was my own fault."

"It was a great place."

"Good location"

"Great pool area, rooms are good, bed was great. I made a mistake during booking and tried to get in touch with the hotel and Expedia to fix it. But we could not reach the hotel by phone not in the evening not in the morning and when we checked in they could not offer us any help or compensation so we needed to spend 350 pounds for a night for two rooms we didn’t use."
