I’d absolutely stay here again. The staff was so kind, fun, and helpful. Breakfast was great. From Princes St the bus brought us within a two minute walk. Wish we had eaten in the Lebanese restaurant there in the lobby.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Clean enough with breakfast. Mattress felt firm but they offered to change room or provide a quilt topper. Only had 3 hangers each for a 5 night stay and only one hand towel. (We shower & wash hair so require a hand towel for hair) only small negative points. The room had an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Also a safe. Air con was good. Land across the road is a building site but we were at the back with flats behind. Plenty of places to eat, transport system great. Waverley station only 15mins away in taxi.

Loved my stay here. The room was perfect, love the pillows! Nice clean room, can make my own coffee/tea. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Very happy everything is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the restaurant Sofia’s that’s not affiliated, but excellent food and a great place to go while waiting for room to be ready.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The one thing I didn't like about the room was the sliding door which is shared between the wardrobe and the bathroom. It kept opening whilst someone was in the bathroom! not good! a magnetic lock or a lock that worked to ensure the door stayed in place would have been good.
