"I honestly have no idea why anyone is complaining about this hotel, the hotel does have two buildings so make sure you know which building you need! I went to the wrong building but the staff were more than welcoming to guide me to where I needed to be which was a stone throw away just opposite the other one! After reading comments about how small the rooms are I was surprised when I opened the hotel door! No bigger no smaller than a premier inn or travelodge just your standard size! It’s not suitable for families only for solo/ couples it’s perfect! Extremely clean and soft white towels - lovely breakout areas and rooftop balcony to have complementary hot drinks and snacks from the honesty counter! Currently does have some works getting done around the area however the marketing for this hotel is all around Canary Wharf so it’s a decent hotel! It’s got signage and statues for directions to it so it’s easy to find! The location for it couldn’t be any better your right where you need to be and a 5 minute walk to the main Canary Wharf tube station. £1 charge on arrival for damage insurance which I got £1 returned the following day! "

"Lovely first stay. Unique and quirky rooms, not for everyone. Toilet and Shower is in the room, glass walls, there is a curtain - but it might be uncomfortable for friends sharing a room. Sink is in the room, which is fine, but it does splash and drip on to the floor as the edge isn't wide enough to hold a towel, and the towel rail sits under the sink, so was a little slippy. Great, clean and easy option if you're near Waterloo and commuting. "
