"It is not soundproof as advertised. The planes arriving and departing are not terribly disruptive but if you are expecting soundproof it is not. Very convenient for an early flight, easy walk to check in. Somewhat expensive, but did make our morning much less stressful. "

"Beautiful resort with a lot of options for pools, bars and restaurants. However, the food we experienced at several places was just "ok", and it was very expensive! Drinks especially were extremely costly. Our best meals were off site at local places. Nice touch though in the room with the fancy expresso maker and including coffee, that was good to have in the mornings."

"This place was soooo nice, definitely gives luxury.Staff get a 8/10. Food was an amazing- drinks were great. Only thing that threw me off was the people who sell jet skis charging 300$ for 35 mins ... but we had a TIME!!"

"The front desk staff were amazing. Brian, Alanis and Aleida were always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff responded fairly quickly. There are some issues on the property that need addressing. The restaurant menu was not too appealing. The beach was within walking distance but you can’t get in. Limited drawers, a loud schilling noise from shower head, slippery moist floors resulting from increasing the temperature in the room are some examples. Overall a peaceful , restful vacay."

"You definitely need parking on the are. First impression is not the best, it was homeless people on the surroundings and the property was locked. Once inside everything is different, the environment feels save. Very close to viejo San Juan. "

"Parking cost adds up (had to pay parking even for 15min checkin). Room next to water stinks due to stagnant water/parked boats and so cant enjoy balcony. Smell creeps inside if AC is OFF or doors opened. "
