"It seems a little weird at first given the location of the building but once you are in, it is really nice The person accommodating is very helpful and nice. You are very close to the beach, the old part of town and plenty of places to eat and shop."

"Arrived at 3pm. Was a problem on arrival with the person that was meant to check us in not being available. After a wait of around 15 mins a lady from an adjoining office organised two key cards and took us up to the room. On opening the door the room smelt very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. (We had requested a non-smoking room). We were then taken to another room which did not smell. The lady opened the valve on the radiator and turned on the heat pump. After 2 hours the radiator was still...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cavour Guest House. The room was spacious, with adequate cooking facilities. The bathroom is squeaky clean and has nice shampoo! The young owner, Matteo, is friendly and helpful, even drove us to the Hanbury Botanical Gardens. We wouldn't not hesitate to return."

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"My daughter and I stayed 3 nights.... The hotel is a great place to stay! The room was very quiet and provided lots of space to spread out and enjoy anytime spent in the room! A mini kitchen was perfect for a few quick meals (with a small grocery just 1 block away!). Would be nice if the hotel had a towel in the kitchen for drying the dishes though. The hotel was just 3 blocks for the seaside which was a quick walk. Staff were great. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic stay and super friendly reception staff always willing to help. The hotel is so close to all the shops and also the old town. 7 min walk and easy from Jean medicine tram. No need for a taxi. "
