"My wife and I loved our time here. The room was gorgeous - large, spacious, clean, extremely comfortable beds, and just a number of very thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts here were excellent - personable, friendly, and helpful, both during check-in and at breakfast. "I enjoyed staying in a basic apartment up 4 flights of stairs 70 steps and it brought back memories of living in Paris in the 60s.The room was clean. Sharing a bathroom was not ideal. Breakfaast was basic but adequate. It was good value"

"My daughter and I stayed 3 nights.... The hotel is a great place to stay! The room was very quiet and provided lots of space to spread out and enjoy anytime spent in the room! A mini kitchen was perfect for a few quick meals (with a small grocery just 1 block away!). Would be nice if the hotel had a towel in the kitchen for drying the dishes though. The hotel was just 3 blocks for the seaside which was a quick walk. Staff were great. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again."

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...
