"Worn down furniture, dirty and torn bed sheets, some things didn't work (e.g. roller shutter couldn't be raised, airplane noise from 6 am til midnight, no reaction to our complaints"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the flat - very spacious and well proportioned. The description of amenities missed some important items, such as a washing machine and a coffee machine. There is very little in terms of cutlery though, not even a bottle opener, which could easily be remedied. There was no duvet for the sofa bed when we arrived and it took a bit of back and force to have one brought but it did get resolved. On balance, a good stay in a good flat."

"We arrived at 11 PM on a Saturday night after a long day of travel to find the elevator not working. No one answered our calls. We were traveling with our 83-year-old mother who has stage four cancer and why we specifically booked a building with an elevator. We messaged the host and unfortunately started carrying bags up to the third floor, which was really four flights upstairs up. Eventually someone showed and carry one bag up, but it would’ve been nice to have received a phone call...
