"In all of my travel around the world, this has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel property was rundown and not well maintained. The front desk person couldn’t be bothered… Our room was even worse as drapes were falling from their rod… Air conditioners did not work… No hot water in the shower… The bed was hard as a rock… Sink, hot water was not working… And it goes on and on."

"We had a great, spacious, clean room and bathroom on the first floor of this immaculate Villa. Service was outstanding. The pool and pool area were pristine with plenty of seating and the breakfast was very good. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, boardwalk and shopping and restaurants."
