"Wonderful stay at By The Sea. Clean hotel, friendly staff, beautiful view and location. No elevator which was fine with us on 2nd floor but perhaps 4th floor guests might find it difficult with heavy luggage. Still a 5 star hotel! "

"In all of my travel around the world, this has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel property was rundown and not well maintained. The front desk person couldn’t be bothered… Our room was even worse as drapes were falling from their rod… Air conditioners did not work… No hot water in the shower… The bed was hard as a rock… Sink, hot water was not working… And it goes on and on."

"The hotel is located very centrally. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaks English well. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I really enjoy staying there. It's great value for the money."
