"I like the super king size bed which is 2.5 meters wide and firm. Very good sleep. Also the bathroom is high class, spacious and shower pressure is very optimal. Feel very refreshed. "

"Not bad, but the shower glass doors were filthy and overall room cleanliness and noise levels could be improved. Cleaning staff and front desk were decently friendly. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. Very limited amenities. The location is convenient and near the MTR but there isn't much to do directly outside the hotel as it's an industrial area. If you can get a price of CAD$85 or less per night, it's great value. Otherwise, there are other hotels to choose from."

In the check out process at front desk, I was cut in by another customer and he was serviced first because he has a loud voice. The worst is that I received an email from hotel.com asking me if I stayed in this hotel and i was asked to provide the room number otherwise I was assumed of not staying here and shall charge me the room the second time.
