Location of the hotel is quiet in the midst of the busiest shopping area in the city. Plenty choices of restaurants, shopping around. Easy access to the MTR subway. Pricing of the hotel are fair.

Great Hotel, Staff and Location

Hotel location was perfect as was situated in Mong Kok. Also, MTR, buses, KCR transport facilities to various parts of Hong Kong are very close by. Room was comfortable, especially the firm mattress and a super king size bed. One of our rooms had the facilities to support guests with mobility issues (e.g. rail grab bars around toilet, mobility wet room). Staff were very friendly, helpful and supported our needs during our stay.

Very centrally located hotel with great staff!

The staff was great! One night we had some bad smell in the room, due to the fact that some other guest(s) were smoking on the same floor. We complained about the smell at the reception and they immediately took action by trying to contact the other guestroom and they upgraded us to a different floor. The hotel was cleaned nicely everyday and the location is just great! Very centrally located, but still a quiet part of Mong Kok. Would stay here again next time!

Booked early and got a good deal, being in Mong Kok it is very convenient travelling anywhere in HK. Station could be closer, around 7 minutes walk through crowds and HK heat/humidity. Something to consider if you are not as mobile. Overall happy with the stay and would come again
